The Safety Peer Learning Group is an opportunity for BMSA Members to learn from one another on how to make their business more safe, and how to create a culture of safety for their workplace. The in-person meeting will be 5 hours talking on a variety of topics based on the interests of those who choose to sign up, but some sample topics could be:
- Teaching your employees how to properly report and address workplace injuries.
- Safety Training. Who, what, when, where, and how
- Safety Checklists: What should be on them, and how often to do them
- OSHA Inspections, oh no!
Hosted at the BMSA Office located in Mathews, North Carolina, and Facilitated by Eddie Nieves of Guy C Lee we anticipate this to be an opportunity for you and members of your safety team will really gain a true understanding of what safety is to you and to other colleagues in the industry.
